... for a little while, anyway.
I think the skies are trying to make up in two days what they slacked off on all summer.
I know what that's like.

Know how you feel Radiogirl...in this wide brown drought-ravaged land, I wish our rain would go somewhere else that REALLY needs it. We had 97mm (ummm...about 4inches) in 45 mins on Friday night...Monday morning, still raining.I almost feel ungrateful saying that.
Hope you get some drier weather soon - and that we get some more GENTLE sprinkles here (too much at once and the burnt hills will slide down into the valleys).
Wouldn't it be nice, if we could set the rain like sprinklers? So they came on at just the right time, in all the right places?
Where have you been?! ha Girl ..I am so ready to move out of this town! portland sounds like heaven to me!
we've had plenty of rain all summer here in germany and luxembourg. so i've been enjoying the sunshine and blue skies we've been having the past weeks. today it's just gorgeous, especially with the changing colors of the leaves who look so intensified by the sun
